Similar to our arrival service, our departure service is designed to help you enjoy every last minute at the lake without worrying about the details of closing up your home. Catch that last sunset and then hit the road – Lake Keowee Home Watch will ensure that your home is properly cleaned and locked up safely after you leave (Services must be scheduled at least 10 days in advance).

Our Price : $125 (applicable for homes equal to or less than 4,500 SF)

See below for the departure services checklist

·        Empty all cans into the outside trash-bins 

·        Bring inside any patio or deck furniture

·        Wash and dry all dirty bath and beach towels

·        Strip sheets from the beds, wash and dry them

·        Dishes cleaned and stored

·        Schedule a full house cleaning service (if requested, will be outsourced)

·        Raise and cover the boat, cover and secure any PWC’s

·        Carry any canoes, kayaks, tubes, etc. up to the house to be stored

Upon completion of the wellness check we will:

·        Set the thermostat to the desired level

·        Turn interior or exterior lights on (as requested by owner) to give the impression of someone being home 

·        Turn off the water

·        Lock all windows and doors. Secure all gates and fencing 

·        Set the security system
